Elderberry Jello Ingredients

1/4 Cup Dried Elderberries

  • 1/2 TBSP Dried Cloves

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Rosehips

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 3 Cups Cold Apple Juice

  • 3 TBSP Beef Gelatin



Instructions
  1. Put one cup of water in a large saucepan with your elderberry, clove, and rosehip. Simmer mixture for 30 minutes. You want the water to become an immune tea.

  2. Strain out herbs and place the hot immune tea back in the kettle.

  3. In a separate container (just use a glass 4 cup measuring cup) measure out your cold apple juice and whisk in your beef gelatin. Let the gelatin 'bloom' for 5 minutes.

  4. Add your cold apple juice gelatin mix to your kettle with your immune tea. Bring to a slight boil to set the gelatin.

  5. Pour the jello mixture into your favorite pottery dish and add to the refrigerator to set.

  6. After 5 hours jello should be firm and you can enjoy!
